Experience the magic of yoga with SoFLo Hot Yoga at the It’s Just Yoga Festival! We’re thrilled to bring you our signature Flow and Sound class, a perfect blend of movement and relaxation that will leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.  

Begin your journey with our owner, Anna Jennings, as she leads you through a mindful Vinyasa flow. This invigorating sequence of poses will help you build strength, enhance flexibility, and release tension while connecting deeply with your breath.  

Then, let the magic continue as our sound bowl wizard, Oh, guides you into a serene sound bowl meditation. The soothing vibrations will melt away stress, promote healing, and help you find inner peace.  

This all-levels class is a true mind-body experience, perfect for anyone looking to feel rejuvenated, centered, and inspired

 Chair Yoga

Find your center and get grounded in body and mind in this gentle class.  We will perform postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. Students can experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor.  This class is designed to mindfully increase range of motion while meeting students’ current abilities. This class is ideal for those with limited mobility or healing from injury, or just looking for a gentle class.

Awaken Your Light: Creative Flow to Yin

So often, we dim our light to make others feel comfortable. It's time to stop hiding your light and instead awaken it.

In this 60-minute yoga class, you’ll embark on a journey to awaken your light and let it shine so brightly that it gives others the permission to shine, too.

You'll tap into your inner light through mindful movement, embodied exercise, and stillness.

The yoga class begins with a 30-minute creative yoga flow without doing crazy poses designed to kept you present. This is followed by a 30-minute Yin Yoga practice, a deeply grounding practice where poses are held for 3–5 minutes

Gentle Energy Balance: Qigong &  Somatic Techniques

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, deep breathing, and focused intention to cultivate overall well-being. This "moving meditation" enhances vitality, reduces stress, and promotes inner peace by balancing energy centers. Benefits include improved flexibility, reduced anxiety, enhanced mental clarity, a strengthened immune system, and a deeper connection to your energy field.

 

This practice will be taught by Cait Rainey, an experienced guide with over a decade of teaching experience, including intensive studies in China and Hawaii, this workshop offers a rejuvenating experience for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Cait infuses her practice with various somatic healing techniques to nurture the nervous system and expand body-mind awareness.

 Slow Flow Yoga

This yoga class flows at a slowed-down pace so there’s time to explore individual postures and transitions in a warm practice room. Newer students find this class builds confidence and familiarity, while more experienced students refine the fundamentals of alignment and dive into a deeper practice.

 

You will gently engage, open, and strengthen the body by tapping into accessible yoga poses, fluid movement, and breath.

Yoga & Play for Kids

Join Yolonda Deon Tyler, Chief PLAYologist of Mindful Play Learning and author of the Yoga Play Card Deck and Mini Meditation Card Deck, for a fun-filled kids' yoga session!

 

This playful and engaging experience invites young yogis to explore movement, creativity, and mindfulness using the Yoga Play Card Deck for imaginative yoga adventures and the Mini Meditation Card Deck for interactive moments of calm. With storytelling, themed poses, and joyful play at the heart of the practice, children will discover new ways to move, breathe, and relax—all while having tons of fun!

 

Perfect for little yogis of all levels. Let’s play, stretch, and shine together!
